We set goals to change or maintain something we desire or think best. Balancing our choices and expectations to be both flexible and firm provides the best potential for collaboration and growth.  When we grow frustrated with the way things are going its an opportunity to check-in and see if we have lost sight of our dreams by being overly attached to things that are weighing us down.  It's perfectly okay, in fact it is a measure of competence, teamwork, and partnership to reorganize and re-prioritize goals to make the best under the circumstances.
